Sometimes as we face daily challenges it is not obvious we need a real life angel until one comes across our path.

During a devastating time in my life where a close friend lost his fight with cancer, I became heir to his home. I found myself buried in the very involved paperwork of a reverse mortgage. Fast forward to the day a dear friend slipped me the business card for Kevin White. We met at the home the next day. I was on the verge of giving up and just walking away. He showed me there was a way to make things happen in my favor after all. The house needed lots of work. He handled everything and taught me to never give up. He not only arranged to have the balance of the mortgage paid off in full the same day of the pending sale, but stood on the courthouse steps with me and the proper documentation to ensure the sale would not proceed.

After getting the repairs completed and the property in pristine condition, his realtor had the house under contract in 14 days, and it sold for over the asking price. I was able to share in that profit.
